Nail should be trimmed and teeth should be brushed. Ears should be checked occasionally. If the hairs not trimmed then brush at least twice a week by this means the dead hairs will be removed of. Comb the Jack Rat terriers with a plastic hard brush. The bath is allowed when they get some dirt. When the hairs are long and not trimmed the use of slicker brush is recommended.
